At Ark Integrative Medicine in New Holland, Pennsylvania, Dr. Godwin co-leads a practice focused on IV therapy, ozone treatments, enzyme protocols, and advanced nutritional support. His care extends to patients facing a range of complex conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, Lyme disease, and chronic infections. Personalized strategies and a whole-body perspective set his care apart. As Founder and CEO of Nutra-Body Wellness Centers, P.C., Dr. Godwin specializes in postural chiropractic care, scoliosis reduction, spinal correction, and brainstem decompression techniques. His work targets optimal neuromusculoskeletal function and quality of life improvements through ongoing, tailored care. Dr. Godwin earned his Doctorate from Sherman College of Chiropractic and holds an Associate of Science in Anatomy, Chemistry, and Physics from Greenville Technical College. He has completed certifications in ozone therapy, enzyme and digestive health, and homeopathy. His entrepreneurial background includes consulting for healthcare providers and contracting service. Though she holds advanced doctoral-level credentials, her industry classification reflects her role as a clinical practitioner rather than a traditional physician. Mike Callahan

Chairman


Mike Callahan is a seasoned senior executive with over 49 years of experience in the sporting goods and outdoor industries, recognized for his exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence. His career is marked by success in executive leadership, Board service, and mergers and acquisitions across public and private organizations. During his tenure at Cabela’s, Mike spearheaded retail expansion from 10 to 26 stores, growing revenue from $385 million to $2.2 billion in just four years. He was pivotal in Cabela’s highly successful IPO, raising over $450 million. As Executive Vice President of Business Development and International Operations, he led Cabela’s expansion into Canada and oversaw mergers and acquisitions. Mike has extensive Board experience, including serving as Chairman of Vista Outdoor, guiding over $1.5 billion in acquisitions and $350 million in divestitures. Under his leadership, Vista Outdoor recently completed the sale of its two divisions, generating $3.5 billion in total transactions. He has also served on the Boards of Bushnell Optics, ATK, and The Kinetic Group, with a long history of philanthropic leadership, including as Chair of the Congressional Sportsman’s Foundation and St. Joseph’s Catholic Schools. Currently, Mike is CEO of Aspen Partners, a consulting firm specializing in the outdoor sector, where he continues to leverage his expertise in strategic planning, M&A, and operational performance. 

Ernest D. Huggard CPA CGMA MBS

Ernest D. Huggard, CPA, is a highly accomplished financial and operational executive with a proven record in banking and credit unions. As the President and CEO of First Harvest Federal Credit Union, he drove a comprehensive rebranding, executed four strategic mergers, and achieved an impressive twenty-five-fold increase in earnings in just four years. His expertise in financial stewardship and regulatory compliance has established him as a leader in operational efficiency and profitability. Previously, as Senior Vice President and Chief Mergers and Acquisitions Officer at Crown Bank, Ernest integrated First Bank of Americano, expanding market presence and reducing operating expenses by 50%. He was instrumental in launching First Bank and Parke Bancorp, executing IPOs and driving significant asset growth. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the New Jersey National Guard, Ernest commanded an armor battalion and served as Inspector General, receiving multiple meritorious awards. He has also served as Treasurer of the New Jersey Credit Union League and was President of the Galloway Township Board of Education for two decades. Recognized for his results-driven approach, Ernest is a trusted leader in financial transformation and corporate governance. 

Mike “Mini” Minihan

General Mike Minihan is a former Air Force 4-star general who now heads his own aerospace and technology consulting firm, Mavericks Advisors. Minihan helps executives manage risk and exploit opportunities, especially in global operations, logistics, risk management, multi-domain integration, and innovation. Minihan served for over three decades in the Air Force, where in his last role he led the world’s largest flying operation with over 100,000 Airmen executing global air mobility missions with a fleet of over 1,000 aircraft. He organized forces on urgent, high impact operations including delivering weapons to Ukraine, sending humanitarian supplies to Gaza and security assistance to Israel, and completing the most demanding military exercise ever in the Indo-Pacific region. Previously, Minihan served as Deputy Commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, which covers over 40 countries in Asia and in an area with more than 50 percent of all global population and trade. Throughout his 34+ year career, he commanded at multiple levels including squadrons, wings, and a task force, accumulating over 3,400 flying hours as a command pilot in airlift and tanker aircraft. In addition to being an advisor to Victory Venture Healthcare, he currently serves as a member of the Senior Advisory Group for Paladin Capital Group, a multi-stage investment firm supporting cyber innovation; as a Senior Advisor to Reliable Robotics, an advanced automation company; a Senior Principal at Pallas, a national security consulting firm; an advisor to California Forever, an organization which will develop an energy efficient, modern community near Travis Air Force base in Solano County, CA; and an advisor to Beta Technologies, a pioneering aerospace company manufacturing electric flight. He is also Chairman of the Candy Bomber Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring America’s youth to pursue STEM, aviation, and humanitarian callings.  

Howard F. Loomis Jr., DC, FIACA

Board Member


Dr. Howard F. Loomis, Jr., DC, a second-generation chiropractor, graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in 1967 and built a successful practice in Missouri based on the belief that digestion is central to healing. His clinical experience led him to develop a nutritional diagnostic system based on case history, physical examination, blood and urinalysis tests. He also contributed regularly to professional journals. In 1986, Dr. Loomis founded 21st Century Nutrition to educate professionals on plant enzyme therapy, later establishing Enzyme Formulations, Inc. and the Food Enzyme Institute™, a Wisconsin state-approved post-graduate school. He lectured nationally and internationally until 2020 and continues to serve as President of the Institute. A respected authority in physiology, biochemistry, and enzymology, Dr. Loomis is a prolific author and speaker. One of his best was a four-part series for The International Chiropractic Association on geriatric nutrition. His published works include Enzymes: The Key to Health (1999), The Enzyme Advantage series (2015–2016), and What is Your Nutritional Deficiency? (2019). He also contributes regularly to The American Chiropractor. 

Dr. Bruce Morrison

Dr. Bruce Morrison is a distinguished physician and entrepreneur with over four decades of leadership in family medicine and occupational health. As the sole proprietor of a longstanding private practice in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, Dr. Morrison, widely known as “Dr. B” among his patients and colleagues, has built a reputation for providing comprehensive, compassionate care across a wide range of conditions, including chronic disease management, cardiovascular and respiratory health, and sports medicine. A graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1978, Dr. Morrison completed his rotating internship and family practice residency by 1980. That same year, he established his practice, which has since become a trusted healthcare cornerstone in the community. His commitment to youth and athletic wellness was reflected in his tenure as team physician and school doctor for Lower Moreland High School through 2004 and the Academy of the New Church through 2023. Dr. Morrison’s expertise extended into corporate medicine, where he served as a physician for Rohm and Haas beginning in 1981. He later became Medical Director for the company's engineering division from 1989 to 1994. He is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine, reflecting his dedication to high standards of clinical excellence and workplace health. Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Morrison is also an accomplished vintner.  

Mark Weiss, JD

Mark F. Weiss is a healthcare entrepreneur, attorney and former investment banker. After practicing as a partner in other firms, he founded The Mark F. Weiss Law Firm as a boutique law practice with offices in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California and Dallas, Texas, representing healthcare clients on a national and international basis. He provides intensive, relationship-based counsel on a wide range of healthcare law issues, with a particular interest in large medical groups and extremely entrepreneurial physicians involved in healthcare ventures including physician-controlled outpatient facilities such as ASCs, imaging centers, and similar such ventures. He is the founder of TruVerapy Health. Mr. Weiss was previously the founder of American ASC Partners. In addition, he was a founder of Steering Advisors, LLC, a lower middle-market healthcare investment bank focusing on healthcare service and product businesses, as well as entities that sell into the healthcare market. He has served on the boards of healthcare ventures in the surgery center, home health, home care, and medical practice space, including ARILEX Health Care, Gotham Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Prime Path Healthcare, and Ronin Healthcare. Mr. Weiss is the author of multiple books and hundreds of articles on healthcare business and legal issues, and a frequent speaker at healthcare business conferences. From 2002 to 2013, he held an academic appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, where he developed and taught a seminar series on the business and legal issues affecting physicians.
